2026 Lucid Grand Touring maximum charge is 468 miles

What size tires does your GT have? The max range changes based on that. The 512mi need range is only with 19" tires. If you do have the 19" tires, make sure the car is set for that tire size as well. It's possible that is set incorrectly and it's giving you the wrong estimate as a result.

    3.0 on Air

This is probably just the first phase. HOPEFULLY, more changes will be coming to being the Air UI and functionality in line with what Gravity is capable of.

Aug 2026 - Air Service Experience Journal

Got the car back a day early, it arrived the afternoon. So the the whole ordeal from problem and calling service, to repaired (warranty work plus 24kmi service and an alignment) and back in my hands was 43 days (Aug 19 to Oct 1). Of that time, MOST of was the car sitting and waiting for an...

    3.0 on Air

That's odd, mine has never done that. It has always started on the home screen for me.

Where is UX 3.0 for the Air?

Reading these threads is killing me! I've been looking forward to it for so long and when it finally comes, my car is away at service! It's supposed to get on the transport back tomorrow and it's taking every ounce of self restraint I have to keep from initiating the upgrade remotely so that...

Aug 2026 - Air Service Experience Journal

Got the payment link this afternoon and paid. Service advisor said there was a cancellation/delay on another vehicle that needed transport so mine will hopefully be coming in tomorrow evening instead of Friday!!

Aug 2026 - Air Service Experience Journal

Forgotto post the update yesterday. Service advisor texted me to let know know the work was done. Sent the DocuSign link to sign, and now I'm waiting for the payment link so I can pay for the non-warranty work I had done (24k mi service and an alignment after a nasty pothole hit). They say...

Where is UX 3.0 for the Air?

That's a minor bummer. Hopefully we'll get it in a later update.

If you have mobile key and the card in your wallet …

Generally a good idea. That said, and while it's not super common, I have on occasion did myself at a restaurant or occasion where valet was the only option. I hate it but it has happened.

    Phantom Braking in Reverse

To be fair, it's not just Lucids that do this. It happened in my BMW, and nearly every other car I've driven that has it. Heck, just last night my wife's GV60 decided to slam on the brakes as I was driving forward out our driveway for no reason whatsoever, even though it's done that move a...

If you have mobile key and the card in your wallet …

In my Air, I do find the fob to be much more reliable. Plus, I still haven't figured out how to get the key card to work for "valet" (or even the tire shop) to let someone be able to drive without a PIN, so I find it easier to just have the fob with me.

    Impressed with service turnaround!

If Lucid was smart, they'd offer Dana a promotion and a significant amount of money to reproduce KoP's success at all the other service centers.

DD Pro on 3.6.4 Not Passenger Friendly

Interesting. While I haven't tried Lucid's (I only have DD Premium on my Air), when I use the Hands-On lane centering on my wife's Genesis GV60, I find it incredibly tiring. In large part because it does things like it starts turning into a curve much later than I would have, or when I try to...

Which adapters do you actually use?

I have both in the trunk because I got them free with reward points. I've only used the DC adapter once when I was forced to go to a Tesla station. I have still never used the AC adapter. But it's nice having them in case I need them on a road trip.

    LCD Rear View Mirror

I feel the same way. Even just using the blind spot cameras when the blinker is on feels like it takes far to long to refocus to the screen and then back to the road, compared to glancing at the side mirrors which requires almost no refocusing at all. The thought of having to do that even for...

Dang I was kind of hoping they'd stop wasting so much space on the left side of that top screen.

Interesting read on some car manufacturers dropping CarPlay

That's fine. you have the choice to not use Apple and Google products, and stick with the native apps, and I have the choice to stick with the Android/Apple stuff . Don't get me wrong. If there was an open-source (free as in speech) AA/CP-like solution that was supported by all the auto...
