Why would you buy a DE for over $200k when you can wait and buy a Sapphire for $250k🤔 I think if they had not introduced the Sapphire then the DE would be selling better. I would love a Saphirre but have to find the right price point to sell my GT at.

Gave a ride to someone who also found it annoying. The whole George Jetson thing is cool initially but gets old and annoying very fast.

It always shows ‘Up To Date’ unless you have a new firmware downloaded.

I thought my boot up time was actually faster but maybe I have just gotten use to it.

Mine was delivered low at 45 with 19”. So after a few days, the sensors kept going off and I kept calling CS.. I didn’t even think of checking the tires since the car was so new. Finally I did and inflated them.

Simple fix.. plug it in with a cable :) Mine has never worked but I just plug it in and lay it on top

I second that about Hydbob - he is super cool and usually has an answer… always trying to help out. The problem going forward is the more cars that are delivered, the more upset people will be with the software.. Lucid needs to figure out a way to balance it out. You can see on the forums...

I will say it is nice to see 'auto-update' working with 1.2.19. Not sure why it didnt happen with the rest of my updates. Hopefully going forward it will.

I dont believe there is mistakes. I think they made a car with tons of sensors/radars/.... and they just need to figure out how to tie all the 'gadgetries' in together and not cause issues. For me, I have said it before and will say it again.. I can live with most things not working as long...

BTW - dont compare the software to a Tesla. You are comparing a car with less than 1 year of manufacturing to a company of over 10 years. Compare it to a Rivian.

There should be a pop-op that says, new version available then when you get to a WI-FI, you can download it. Problem is car says up to date and you can be 5 versions behind and not know it. I have tried asking the exact same question you did as to how often should we call CS to ask for...
