Alex On Autos Reviews the Lucid Gravity Touring

The number of bands in the EQ is not an indicator of how good the audio quality is. That has to do with the hardware and factory tuning, not how many bands the EQ has. Also, it has been reviewed many times as definitely far from the “worst audio offering in its class.” Rear seats are not “all...

Lucid's Future Amidst The Middle East Conflict

Arbitrators and courts make make bad decisions all the time. That’s what the appeals process is for. They are not infallible.

Lucid's Future Amidst The Middle East Conflict

Oh they delayed it to 2030. Anyway, you asked who would buy motors from Lucid; I gave you at least one example, even if it is delayed. 🤷‍♂️

Alex On Autos Reviews the Lucid Gravity Touring

Just because you had a bad experience doesn’t mean everyone sees it through your lens. For my money, the audio in Gravity is astounding, despite the 3-band EQ. We don’t have any issues with, and like the diffused nature of, the ambient lighting. The seats are exceptionally comfortable. Service...

    24A max? Why?

And, close to the max is the max, because voltages vary. 220v x 80A = 17.6 kW so anything in that range is normal.

Alex On Autos Reviews the Lucid Gravity Touring

Aside: I think this post is a perfect example of why negatives tend to proliferate, and positives don’t as much. The entire set of praise was simply “lots of praise,” but the individual drawbacks were called out. OP did absolutely nothing wrong, and LOTS of people do this, including myself at...

    PAAK

That’s not necessarily true, though it could be. It is entirely possible that adding a new *manufacturer* to Apple Digital Key requires an OS update from Apple; I don’t know if that’s true, but it certainly could be. Whereas adding a new *vehicle* once the manufacturer is already “baked in”...

Interested in Previewing Future Lucid Air Software?

That isn’t true. There are already features gated on CCCv2 in Air, like the Google Places integration. Infotainment is also faster, and regardless of UX3, there will undoubtedly be other features gated on CCCv2. But you do not have to buy it and can wait if you feel like it.

Interested in Previewing Future Lucid Air Software?

I am certain lots of people wish this were true. That would also make it harder to manage and may result in less useful feedback than a small, focused group. But I can definitely understand both sides.
