That is the correct new reset behavior; the first, at 10 seconds, is a “soft reset.” The second, at 20 seconds, is a deeper / “hard” reset. This is also how Gravity works.

No. They got rid of the left side icons, thus filling the space. It is an Apple requirement that the aspect ratio cannot change. Thus, the rounded rectangle which doesn’t take advantage of the full screen.

This is such a nonsensical comment. Software v2.11 introduces UX v3.0. Subcomponents of software often have their own versioning. This is very standard across the entire industry. 🤷‍♂️

I have never heard of this happening before, but “I had an issue once” is not lemon-law territory. If they can’t/won’t fix it, that’s a different story. Sorry to hear about your experience; hope it gets handled for you quickly.
