you can do whatever you want but don't be surprised if your toll tag is not read at the toll point. That is not an approved mounting location from any toll agency I know of. And yes this makes a huge difference, toll readers are very narrow tuned to only read toll tags at the approved mounting...

Installed too and Carplay seems to work fine! Key behavior unchanged, still just slow to lock when you walk away.
