    Automatic Headlights

They had the hardware all along, but I’m not sure if it’s actually enabled in software yet in the US? It wasn’t when I traded mine in back in June.

Gravity Pedestrian Warning Sound (AVAS) — Excessive Cabin Noise at 17–22 MPH?

Do you have the comfort package? It comes with acoustic glass, which suppresses more outside noise. I have it and I barely notice the pedestrian sound from inside. Haven’t tried a car without it to say for sure that’s the difference though.

    Service Mode Removal?

Simple: people buy salvaged cars and import them all the time. Lucid (or certified body shops) leaves cars in service mode after declaring them totaled, so they arrive that way.

    Crash

I found myself doing that without thinking about it as well, but a while back I noticed it when I impatiently and absentmindedly shifted before coming to a full stop. There was no gear grinding or anything like that, but I'd swear (though I don't really want to try reproducing) that my next step...

    Crash

It doesn't compensate by accelerating, but the traction control / ABS system will fully disable regen for a moment in situations like that which can feel like acceleration. Same as traditional ABS, the goal is to prevent the wheels from locking up by letting them roll freely. It does feel weird...

    Service Mode Removal?

That's not on the car manufacturer and never has been. Road safety is on the NHTSA and DMV or equivalent organizations. There also isn't a product from an official source to buy, especially for these fans buying Lucids outside of countries where Lucid operates. It absolutely should be possible...

    Gravity Camping

Just got back from my big trip. DC - Badlands - Black Hills - Bighorn - Yellowstone - Tetons - Colorado and back home. Efficiency and charging: 5,228 miles, averaging 2.93 mi/kWh according to the trip info screen. No hypermiling, I maintained a comfortable cabin temperature and I generally just...

    Left touchpad double-clicks

I've had this too. Thought it was just a sticky button at first, but yeah, it started working normally again next drive.

If you have mobile key and the card in your wallet …

No Faraday bag, I would just pop the battery out and put it in the center console. No reason other than valet.

    Gravity Camping

I just did some testing with the trunk 12V socket since I’m relying on it to keep my power station topped up. With creature comfort active and me in the car, 12V turns off 30 minutes after locking the doors. Unlocking and locking again gives another 30 minutes. Same while outside of the car...

    Software 3.6.5 Released

Lucid does have car-specific updates. Some cars will skip a version they don’t need, then sync back up on the next release. Not saying this is that, but it has happened before.

    Lucid Gravity in the wild

Not swiping exactly, but those submenus are a little awkward. I'm still not used to them. That said @Snafu , I think the only one I ever need to access while driving is the wiper menu, and that one comes up automatically when you run the wipers from the stalk.

    Ionna rocks

Same with the north, really. Not a single station in ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, IA, MI, NY, ME. I have to imagine this is because they've done their research on the highest ROI corridors, and these lower-ROI areas are coming later. Most of these states are underserved by other networks too, so I...

    LCD Rear View Mirror

Understood, thanks for the clarification. I forgot that was a thing. I'd be a little nervous with the number of times the cameras in my Air cut out randomly, but thankfully I haven't seen that on Gravity so far.

    LCD Rear View Mirror

Is it really such a big problem to look down 8 inches at the rear camera display instead? I don't understand the difference other than the existing screen is bigger and easier to see. I don't think it would be an easy thing to add aftermarket without adding an additional camera as well.

    Gravity Windshield Wipers Screechy?

My Gravity’s wipers are also slightly better than in the Air. The sprayer is still annoying, but the wipers don’t skip even when fairly dirty.

    Lucid accelerator

Not that it helps now, but holding the park button on the stalk is how you activate the emergency brake.

    Apple Key coming to Lucid

Why do we think Bluetooth is insecure? UWB is not particularly more secure than Bluetooth. UWB is more secure than Bluetooth for proximity unlock. The issue is it's always transmitting, so someone can use a repeater to relay your secure unlock communications from your pocket to your car and...

    Ground clearance?

That’s been there as long as I’ve had the car, so since 3.6 at least.

    Apple Key coming to Lucid

No, the thread is about Gravity only which will use a completely different technology.
