Edwin Rafael, Lucid Sr VP of Global Revenue, is doing an Ask Me Anything on Reddit on June 18 at 9:30am PDT. He said he's looking forward to answering questions about purchase, delivery, financing, and service. This will be on the reddit.com/r/lucid subreddit. For some of you who have had...

The Charlotte NC service is a mobile service van. Jason has been out to my driveway twice and he's very good. I got a couple of adjustments and a couple of parts. The closest brick & mortar service center is probably Roswell, GA. My experience there was only a test drive and pre-delivery...

Record the date and times and details for your conversation with a Lucid tech. They can check the log files for that charging experience and see if you experienced thermal throttling or whatever. Had a mobile tech do it right in my driveway with a laptop and an ethernet cable. My 2026 Gravity...

The guy at our service center said he could get us the bear decals (up by the A pillar) if we wanted them. I think he was trying (successfully) to sell me a car at the time. Anyway, I suspect not all Gravities with bear decals are dream edition.

Currently camping with my diesel truck ~600 miles from our Gravity. Y'all have fun with 3.6.0 while I sit here envious and stare at my big name truck that hasn't had an OTA in 7 years of ownership.

His first Lucid Air review helped sway me to seriously considering Lucid. I'm a sucker for engineering led businesses trying to do things better than anyone else.

I've heard it said that on ventilated seats you need to occasionally clean the surface well so all the little holes don't get blocked with grunk.

I've seen that with other switches in settings that seem to display one way, while the backend is set differently. When in doubt, I toggle th switch off then on or on then off to make sure the backend reflects what's on the screen. I need to catch it doing this and document it. A code reveiw...

As Northpointe said, it's more complicated than that. Some (most) of us have had none of those issues you mentioned. My 2026 Gravity has been pretty solid ride and great fun to drive. It's my first EV, but I'm buying it later in life where I can afford to take a risk on a car I think is...

AI didn't invent bad code, but it was sure trained on a lot of it.

We live in the south. I'm waiting for someone to come up with a seat cooler that just works better. Perhaps a liquid cooled solution connected to the heat pump.

I remember one of our developers saying how hard it is to make a progress bar work the way you think it should. Everytime I see one struggle to get to 35% and then suddenly say "DONE!" I think of him.

This could be a sign of the coolant valve error some of us have encountered. I got it after my only 400kW Ionna charge. My mobile tech was able to see the coolant valve error code in the log files. I'm scheduled this month to take it to the service center for a coolant flush and valve repair...

Was at my wife's doctor appointment and the doctor asked if we were the ones with that Lucid (Gravity) in the parking lot. Turns out he owns one of the 2022 Lucid Airs. Car talk is now part of every appointment with him.

We had it set to keep our set speed instead of auto-adjusting to (what it thinks is) the posted speed limit since the beginning. How badly it reads speed limits depends a lot on the highway. Exit ramp speeds often get read inadvertently. We have use DD2Pro quite a bit in this mode; perhaps 30...

I really liked your "Lucid Air after 3.5 years" video and have recommended it to people on the forums who wondered how things like DDPro worked. I'm a Gravity owner, so appreciated your take on how it compares and improves upon the Air. For us, it's been a remarkable car and a joy to own...

Lucid design team could use an intern.

The Android update was dated May 19. Release notes looked like mostly things for international support.

When the updated key fob firmware update came out in January I did my update far away from the car using the latest phone app software. After it said it was complete, I instinctively popped the battery out, let it set for a bit and put the battery back in. I'm also using an Eveready cell. My...
