This sucks. Email is so much better for documenting an issue in detail. Can't do that well over the phone. And even if you try, God knows how much the agent actually types into the ticket, and whether they describe it correctly.

Same here. Emailed a week and half ago to request a fob replacement. I much prefer using email, and in the past it's worked well and I got a response within a couple of days. Getting ghosted now.

That's the beauty of choice. Some like 1PD, some like 2PD. There is no right or wrong. I prefer 2PD, but I won't try to claim 1PD is the wrong way or talk like it's not a valid a choice. They both have their pros and cons.

It's not that the software itself is bad, it's how the software integrates with all the hardware. That's all still Lucid, even if Apple were writing the code. Not sure that would change a whole lot, other than of course having deeper pockets and more resources. I still have hope that Lucid...

Yep. Frankly, I'm glad Cosmos got delayed by a year. They have their hands full now just trying (and presently failing) to provide timely service to their existing fleet. I know they need revenue from Cosmos sales, but they ain't gonna make it that far if they don't get service addressed...

And it's still not fixed yet for some of us.

Lots of conflicting info out there. When I looked earlier I saw down a third. Now I'm seeing two sources say they exported 3.2M/day in August. I'm not seeing anything saying under 2M. But sources seem all over the map.
