    Gravity PPF & Ceramic Coating

Just to be clear I am not shilling for Deep Reflections and there is no benefit accruing to me in any way. That said my car is 3 1/2 years old and the PPF/Ceramic coating is still in outstanding condition. Also no problems with my window tinting. Alejandro and his crew do excellent work and...

    Tidal Quirks

The key for me has been to create a Tidal playlist with only Dolby Atmos recordings. I keep adding to the playlist and now its up to around 3000 recordings. Then I put it on shuffle and skip those I don't want to listen to.

Would you trust this NACS Adapter?

So I would not use it. If you do and something major goes wrong it could result in a warranty issue on the car. The only adapter "approved" by Lucid is the one they are selling so why risk it by using a different one to save a few bucks.

Yay Hardware upgrade CPU and memory

Picked mine up this afternoon. Did have to do a lot of reprogramming including the Homelink for the garage door. But this time Homelink was fairly easy to install. Also had to reinitialize Tidal. To be honest I don't see any difference in the speed of the panels or cameras but I haven't...

    Reverse Split

I wouldn't say it doesn't make any difference. My fear is the "shorts" will go crazy after the split.

    2.8.0 Software Update

So you seem to understand how these OTA Updates work pretty well. I haven't had any problems with my updates including the latest 2.80. My car is in for the chip update and I was just wondering with that new chip result in faster OTA Updates or is it totally unrelated?

If they aren't a "Verified Owner" I take what they say with less then a grain of salt.

    New Charging Knowledge Center article

My question for the team is where should we buy the AC converter so I can use my son's Tesla home charger when I visit him. The article implies we should only use Lucid approved adapters but I don't see an AC adapter available from Lucid? Am I just missing it?

    2.8.0 Software Update

Apparently the Millbrae Service Center did the update on my car. That makes me happy because I'm sure they will do a thorough test drive to make sure it is functioning as it should.

Yay, Tesla charging … July 31!

I was willing to pay the extra for the Dream Edition because I really wanted that car. I did not need/want the NACS adapter and I'm not sure I will ever use it but when they offered it for points I figured what the heck. Then right after I ordered it they changed the points. I have it and it...

    2.8.0 Software Update

FYI the update is being delivered. Showed up on my car this morning but I haven't updated because my car is in Millbrae for the Chip update and I was told to wait and let them do the update.

Lucid Air as a home battery backup

As Borski said I was told back a few months ago by a senior Lucid Executive that V2H would happen this year. Also heard from another Lucid owner that he was told by another even more senior executive that it would happen before year end. So we just have to wait and hope it does finally come to...

Yay, Tesla charging … July 31!

I ordered mine with points but they charged me 2750 points instead of the 1800 points now in the Rewards Store. I contacted them and requested they issue me a points refund for the difference (plus tax) but they haven't responded thus far.

Yay, Tesla charging … July 31!

I think the fitted foam housing for the Adapter is excellent and probably better than a flimsy cloth or plastic case in my opinion. I intend to just leave it in its nice Eureka Gold box and inside the shipping box it came in for even more protection. Reality is I doubt I will ever use it as...

Here is the Lucid NACS Adapter. Note the nice Eureka Gold Box.

    Pirelli lm1 vs lm2

So as I mentioned above the LM1 tires haven't been manufactured for at least 2 or 3 years so if you do go with LM1 you are buying a tire that has been sitting in inventory for a long time. That said, America's Tires is still having difficulty obtaining the LM2 tires in 21" sizes.

    Hyundai Free NACS Adapter

I did receive the free adapter from Hyundai for our Genesis GV60. I also opted to purchase the Lucid adapter using my points. Hyundai has made it clear that using any other adapter than the one they provided can void the warranty and I expect Lucid may do the same. The GV60 will charge at 97...

    San Francisco Bay Area Owners

Its about 235 miles and there is a lot of uphill driving. At 80 mph and the mountains I doubt you'd get more than 2.5 mi/kWh. So 235 miles divided by 2.5 miles/kWh would approximate needing 94 kWh of battery. So you could probably make it but not sure why you'd want to push it. Just make a...

That is correct. This adapter won't work with an L2 Tesla Charger.
