I've tried everything suggested but still can't get the calls to go through the car's speaker system. I can ask Siri to place the call and it does respond through the car's speakers that it is placing it but then the ring and the conversation only go through the iphone's speaker. Everything...

So the problem I've been having ever since the 2.9 update involves phone calls. As always my iphone works fine for using CarPlay with music and audio books. Waze, etc. and Tidal works fine with the built in car's app. If I tell Siri "Call Michael" it comes back through the car's speakers...

I can vouch for the original poster; his steering wheel did come off as he described. The car was towed to the San Jose Service Center and is being returned to him tomorrow. Definitely a very serious event and will require some intensive followup to determine how it happened.

It was clearly stated at last Sunday's meeting that we won't be getting sentry mode on the Air, even with 3.0.

It was my impression the hardware was external to the car as he mentioned we already have the built in inverter in the car.

I did see a Lucid on a TV show yesterday. I think they need to ramp up their advertising especially after the Cosmos reveal. I still meet people who ask me what kind of car that is even here in the Bay Area where they are everywhere.

Per Emad's comments last Sunday, V2H is undergoing regulatory approval. He said it will require some additional hardware but less than other options.

Hopefully that will get better once the 2.9 OTA is installed.

Yes, Emad did mention 3.0 is coming to the Air vehicles but it will require the chip upgrade to get all the features. He went into some detail but essentially it will provide the Air with most of the features the Gravity currently has.
