    Gravity Bugs / Issues

Had the tray in the center console replaced today via mobile visit. Quick recap: NFC reader in the original tray from early August delivery never read key cards. Entire center console was replaced in early September. I noticed shortly after (month later) replacement that the center of the tray...

    Lucid Gravity 3.4.0 software update

OK. You're aware of the sudden deceleration. My hope is that Lucid will refine the sighting of the cameras to more accurately detect changes in the speed limit for the road the car is riding on. It's almost like the camera angle is too wide, but there are instances when that wide angle is...

    Lucid Gravity 3.4.0 software update

For item #1, go into the DreamDrive/Cruising Speed settings and turn off Auto Adjust to Speed Limit. Exact name of setting may not be accurate, but you'll see the toggle button in the Cruising Speed section.

Unable To Place Order For Gravity (2027 Model Coming?)

BTW, I miss the configurator. It's a fun exercise in creation. Those configurator nerds you mention, can attest. I know, I know ... back on topic. Just sayin'

Unable To Place Order For Gravity (2027 Model Coming?)

Looks like you can either save a build or search inventory. No option to continue and place an order unless selecting a model from inventory.

Nice way of saying "enough already, get back on topic". 😀

Unable To Place Order For Gravity (2027 Model Coming?)

I really enjoyed configuring different builds of a Gravity while making my buying decision. Informed decision making. Not understanding a feature or option can be an opportunity to learn. Some just don't want to take the time to do so. I get it; everybody is too busy, but don't deprive those...

Unable To Place Order For Gravity (2027 Model Coming?)

If the number of options alone is enough to confuse these average consumers, then learning to use those options and features is guaranteed to confuse them even more. Frustration from realizing they made the wrong option choices? Dumbing down the configurator isn't the answer. Asking questions...

How do you hang up phone calls?

According to the Owner's Manual (p.82), the up and down buttons on the right steering wheel control pad will mute calls. See buttons 3 and 4 in the image below. I have ended a call with the center button, as you mentioned. Pausing media with the button is consistent with the manual. I've never...

Cruise/drive assist speed has to be set everytime?

Latest test results: Confirmation on what @NerviG experienced along with an additional note that may explain why some are not having the same experience. Posted speed limit is 65. As long as I'm below or at 65, when I engage ACC my cruising speed is 68 (with my 3 mph offset); continually. If I...

Cruise/drive assist speed has to be set everytime?

Interesting. Thanks for the update. I have been driving with ACC on in a 65 mph area at a cruising speed of 68 mph (I have 3 mph offset), then manually increased my cruising speed to 71 mph and noticed 71 showing as the max. I then disengaged ACC and saw the max 71 greyed out. Never thought...

Cruise/drive assist speed has to be set everytime?

Your testing may help with the discussion of what last set desired speed means when the manual says "last set desired speed will resume for the same posted speed limit". For me, that last desired speed for the same posted speed limit is established in the ACC settings. That has been my...

Cruise/drive assist speed has to be set everytime?

Yes, please test again and report back. Not sure how you originally arrived at 47 mph before engaging ACC. Based on your settings, theoretically the posted speed limit would have been 40 mph, add on the 5 mph offset and you're at 45 mph, followed by two taps up on the left side button to...

Cruise/drive assist speed has to be set everytime?

So, in your case it sounds like you have your cruising speed set to "Current Speed". Therefore, after braking to exit and then turning back onto another road, you then accelerate to the speed you want, which becomes your current speed, and then you restart ACC and your current speed as your...

Cruise/drive assist speed has to be set everytime?

Could you make your current speed also be the speed you want before restarting? That way no reset needed?

Gravity Cold weather driving range experience (small sample)

There's a Smart Heating setting or something like that which will turn on seat and wheel heating even if I've turned it off in the app. The setting will heat wheel and seat if cabin temp is low.

Cruise/drive assist speed has to be set everytime?

I can only speak for myself, but I know if I'm driving on a highway where the speed limit was 70 and with my 3 mph offset, ACC has me cruising at 73 mph, if I deactivate ACC and then merge onto a highway where the speed limit is 55 and I reactivate ACC, I do not want to accelerate back up to 73...

Cruise/drive assist speed has to be set everytime?

Looks like in the Air you can just simply return to the "previously set speed". The posted speed limit and an offset are not considered. Looks like ACC on the Air is more like the traditional cruise control when it comes to resuming speed.

Cruise/drive assist speed has to be set everytime?

It depends on how you want that resume function to ... function. In the Air, is that "last set speed" the actual last speed set by the driver or is it a speed that is based on the posted speed limit and an offset, if an offset has been selected? In my experiences, If I'm on a highway with a...
