I first got my VIN when the dashboard went live - 5 days ago - my car has been “in production” for that same amount of time…and counting.

Sounds exactly like what I was told today after talking to the delivery center and found that my DA has been unresponsive because he is on vacation with his family. I have no problem with that but no stand-in named during his absence as my promised EOY delivery is in jeopardy - not very...

Update - I called the Service Center Desk and they verified that the car is still in the “last stages of production” but no schedule for completion, shipping, or delivery. That is disappointing as I made two configuration changes at the suggestion of my DA to expedite delivery of my loaded...

I hope they have learned that ….but it doesn’t seem to apply to the overworked DAs. I last talked to mine a week ago when he told me my car ”might“ be delivered this week. On the dashboard my car has been listed as In production since the 9th. I have tried numerous times using every avenue...

Only thing i can say is that mine has been in production since the 9th…..when the dashboard first went up…..

This is the one failure that could keep me from buying the car. I guess I’ll have to make a quick decision soon. Very disappointing that with the number of these instances, no root cause has been identified.

I’ll address this to the 4 moderators on this page of the thread - very knowledgeable people I read and respect every day on this forum. I think there are numerous good points made about Lucid’s delivery support maybe not being “up to snuff”. I think cyberwife’s description of her experience...
