Define “winter”. For snow, they will be awful. For rain, they’re fine, but only above about 40 degrees. Summer tires are not meant for low temperatures, and can crack and pop if used below 40 for any significant period of time.

So it kinda depends on where you live.

For the 19s, you can get snow tires or all seasons.

The tires have less than 100 miles on them. Do you recommend selling them?

That’s totally up to you. You could do that, or you could do what I do and keep both. I swap between 21s and 19s once a year or so.
