Lucid Air
Hey all. Just took delivery of my used GT Air. I took it to multiple electrify America and EV Go stations and have yet to be able to charge. I keep getting an error message asking me to try again. I have tried activating via the apps first then using my CC. Any advice ??

What messages were you getting on your cockpit display?

Did you try calling the support number on the charger?

Nothing on my cockpit display
When you plug in, the display should say Preparing to Charge and when an error occurs it will display that air and tell you to disconnect and plug in again. If you are not seeing anything on the display, your car needs service.

I did not. Since it wasn’t working on 4 different chargers i assumed it had something to do with the car.
I asked as I recall a recent experience where none of the charg were s would start no matter how I tried.

Then I remembered a tiny card from EVgo and it was read by the charger and started. I ended up doing the same for another driver who also believed in the arrive with minimal charge left philosophy.

So sometimes it is the charger(s)

"Arrive with minimal charge philosophy" has its risks!

Did you get it from Lucid?

Have you tried an L2 charger (240 v one)?

If it charges on L2 240V but won't charge at EV stations, it is likely a problem with the Wunderbox.

I had the opposite problem on my 2022AGT. In my case, it charges on the Electrify America DC charge but won't charge on L2 240V. Ultimately, Lucid concluded it was a Wunderbox problem and replaced the Wunderbox.
