I just bought a 2022 grand touring and I love the car but hate the FM reception on HD 1 2 3 channels. It keeps blanking out and looks like refreshing. It’s a pain to listen to. We have other cars and I don’t have the same issue with their FM reception.

I took it in for service and they c as my find any faults and service tells me it’s fine.

That can’t be right. Have others experienced the same issue?

I am getting CCC v2 installed Friday. And I want them to look at the radio issue again

Any support would be appreciated.
 
Same experience in my 2025 Touring. Although, for that matter, I've had the same experience in the majority of modern cars I've owned. It's really crummy but seems to be they way of the world.
 
I got my daughter 2026 Audi Q3 and it doesn’t have this issue. It works perfectly for them.

I love the Lucid Grand Touring but the FM issue is a pain.

I assume no improvement when I get the CCC v2 installed on Friday ?
 
My 2022 AGT has the same problem. The mobile tech checked the same stations in his car and they came in fine. I'll be having a follow up service with a few other issues, so my hope is it gets addressed then
 
My 2023 AT has the same problem. I just stream the stations using the Tunein App.

Sorry to hear about your issue. If you are going to the service center to get your CCC v2 installed, ask to listen to FM on a display car. No doubt that FM is weaker on newer cars but "bad" reception can be subjective.
 
I found FM reception to be subpar in our 2021 Air GT. It's noticeably better in our 2026 Gravity GT.
 
I got the new CCC v2 installed today. Apps seem a little faster.

I thought with the new module we were able to preset car temperature for morning departures on the phone app like I can on my wife’s Tesla.

Surprising this option isn’t there unless I am missing something

Are you comparing Lucid radio or android radio? Your Audi is android

You can manually turn on your car and have it heat/cool to a temperature you set. I am not aware that it can be scheduled for a specific tine on a daily basis.

With home assistant you can wake the car and set a temp based on outside temp and how soon you will be ready to go.
Full disclosure I have not written this code but I’m seeing all the parts there, and even more if you want to write python.
