Check your underbody bolts ASAP! More than half of mine were gone or incredibly loose.

Glad i spotted this during a trip because the panels were about to come completely loose. These are the rear underbody shields and there's approximately 14 bolts, but only 5 were present. After inspection, there was no threadlocker at all for any of the bolts, which explains why they came loose. Mine is a 2027 as well, so shame on Lucid for missing such a basic step.

Regardless, dont wait for your panels to come loose or get lost completely. Plus the sag is causing aerodynamic issues and more road noise. Blue threadlocker 242 should be enough.

Just checked mine, all there no obvious loose. 2026 delivered Dec 26. But, since I never looked under there before checked everything else. Bolts all there I think. But there is a not very aerodynamic spot or two underneath where the back panel meets the middle panel (back driver side door a couple of feet in). One the back panel is a 1/4" lower going over a bolt underneath. The second almost a 1/2" gap not sure why. Picture attached ... see red spot ... wiring I suppose. Intentional or sloppy design?

@Ron A - Thanks for the warning! I went under and while there were no missing bolts, there were two plastic loose plugs sticking out of the battery, roughly in the middle of the car. Pushed them back in, going to monitor those in the future. Mine's 2026 , Nov build/delivered

@Sapper I think the same area in mine looks about the same

Which way is forward?
If it’s to the right then the airflow disruption is a non issue at our top speeds

“It’s missing a few bolts” - OP

“Ok, let’s get some bolts to fix it” - everyone

“Let’s just blow it up” - Sapper 😎 (you didn’t say it but I know you thought about it haha)

Ummm if the "back panel" is lower (than the middle panel) then it is a drag if car is moving forward. My real point was did anyone see the same thing. And whoever had round plastic plugs loose I had one also which I tapped back into place.

Ummm not sure the purpose of this response. It is not missing any bolts. The small bulge the panel is clearly humped over an underlying hex bolt. The larger bulge have no idea, but if someone actually gets under their gravity and looks I would appreciate real feedback.

I misunderstood your username and picture then.

I’ll see myself out 🫡
