This is both interesting and useless at the same time... I wish AAA had the awareness not to combine L1/L2 and DCFC into a single average price. That makes no sense and does not help consumers. L1/L2 pricing is generally driven by consumption. While DCFC pricing is driven by utility demand pricing. That is why DCFC prices per kWh are usually 3x the cost of L1/L2, and consumers probably want to know what DCFC is likely to cost them, if they are road tripping.
That, and I wish idiots would stop calling DCFC "L3." It is not. L3 is 3-phase AC charging, like what Europe has. Our level of DCFC is actually L2.
