Yeah, one bad service experience and they have to announce to the whole world and hate on the entire company…..shows total lack of common sense. And it’s nothing to do with my investments…I’ve invested in many other companies and Lucid is a small part. I’m a great supporter of the company that makes amazing vehicles with the ground but-reading technology. I like driving and nothing beats Lucid in that category. I have realistic expectations from a new company. And I call out mistakes they made- go look at my posts if you are so inclined. If you feel that your investment in Lucid will be undermined by negative posts on this forum then you may want to reconsider your decision to hold Lucid stock and/or whether or not you follow this site.
People will respond and react to negative experiences as they see fit. They may be critical of the car, the company, or both. They may choose to show patience in allowing Lucid to correct course, or they may not. It's not up to us to dictate the "right" way to do it. A person's bad experience doesn't negate your positive one. And your positive experience doesn't invalidate their negative one. What's clear is that all cars, service centers, and owners aren't the same.
Fanboy? I would put myself between tempered enthusiasm and fanboy. I’ve called out the mistakes. Fanboys don’t do that. But I appreciate you taking the time to create the chart.I think we should create a meter for our profiles that reflects the level of frustration or elation we have with Lucid

I agree with you 100%; I’ve also had a bad experience there. I don’t understand why some people seem upset when others share their experiences. In some cases, it feels like certain supporters treat Lucid as if it can do no wrong, and any criticism is dismissed as mere complaining. Come on, give me a break. It's shoddy organization. To have one person tell me "it will be done this weekend, Monday at the latest" and another tell me "we don't know when it's going to be done, thanks for your patience" is shoddy organization.
Having to call multiple times and not get a call back until you call the sales line is shoddy organization.
Launching vehicles that are not ready to be launched (not me saying this, it's Silvio himself who said that) is shoddy organization.
I understand that there are a lot of apologists for Lucid on this forum, but this post is not for the fanboyz who are trying to shine a turd, it's a warning for the people who are considering one of these cars.
Caveat emptor: know what you are getting yourself into.

K'Bye...!I want to share a terrible experience I am having so far at the McLean VA service center. I brought the car in Thursday and was told maybe, maybe they would not get to it until Friday. Weekend at the latest. Now I see on the app the car is parked and not shown as in service. All they will tell me is that it is in the queue. I asked where in the queue and how long each car takes on average. No answer.
In order to get this appointment I had to call multiple times but they never picked up. I finally just called the sales line and of course they picked up right away. I had to basically make the appointment for end of August, and I called back in May.
I am done with Lucid. The software sucks, the car won't reliably open, the panels reboot at random, and the service is awful.
This has already cost Lucid sales. My wife was really interested in buying the Gravity and after she saw what I went through she ran right away.
I am seriously considering just buy out my lease and going to Mercedes.
I have never seen such shoddy organization in my life.
