I always open my garage from two blocks away through Home Assistant on Android Auto. I can also hold the mic button and say "open the garage".

That's one of the few things I miss about my Teslas (Model S and X). In both cars, HomeLink would automatically open the garage door as I approached (with an option to fold the mirrors), and close the door automatically as I backed out.

It seems like a simple feature that would be standard on a luxury vehicle. Hopefully it will be with a future software update.

Just discovered it yesterday and today, after leaving the car parked in the sun and 80 degree heat for 6 hours, I saw that the ventilated seats came on automatically when I entered the car which was quite warm. Also pleased to see that Max Cool brought the temperature down quickly, less than 3 minutes, to a comfortable setting. I had heard that the A/C in the Gravity is more powerful than that in the Air. It sure worked today.

Just got my Gravity GT and love it. It’s a wide car, though and I have a narrow garage - 3” clearance on each side and lots of other junk in the garage. I laid down lines of Gorilla taped on my epoxied garage floor that line up with the garage opening edges. This really helps with the parking camera views.
My wish is for an easy way to fold and unfold the mirrors. It currently takes 3 screen taps to fold them then a swipe and tap to get back to the camera views. Why can’t we program one of the programable buttons to do this or use the “heh Lucid” voice commands?

1. Software stabilization & bug fixes – I think this is getting very close with 3.6.4, but it still seems like there are still little things and some new things that annoy everyday use.
2. PaaK – This seems likely imminent, but I will not buy a car without and just a promise.
3. HUD stabilization – HUD is one of my favorite features that I use every drive. I just want a system that does core HUD stuff with no drama and no disruption. I do not care the least about AR HUD.
4. Fob stabilization – This is both fob dependability and frequent battery replacements. It seems like dependability is much improved in 3.6.4, but I am not sure if Lucid has done anything to resolve very high fob battery drain.
5. Integrated SiriusXM app control – This is on the bubble of a deal killer for me. Every car I know with SXM (radio or app) has the ability to scan through favorites from steering wheel controls. I am a major channel surfer, so driving without this would suck.
6. Hardware stabilization – I think I can live with this, because I think I live near a good Service Center. However, I really wish all the little hardware gremlins were less prevalent, because I have not had a car in for unscheduled service in many years.
7. Send address to car from mobile app – I have been using this feature all the time for years. I cannot believe the Gravity app does not do it.
8. Automatic screen dimming – I saw this posted once or twice. Does the screen really not dim based on ambient light.
9. Hard seat memory buttons – Attaching seat memory to a profile as the only way to remember seating is really dumb. It makes occasional multi-driver households a hassle.
10. Geofenced automatic locking and unlocking – Auto locking while parked in my garage really sucks.
11. Ultra Premium audio system – I wish the Gravity had something like the top tier AKG, Bowers & Wilkins, and Burmester systems available in the competing high-end luxury cars. The size and quietness of the cabin make it an ideal candidate for one of the ne plus ultra systems others are offering.
12. 2nd row captains chairs – When I drive others, they are almost always two adults. I wish it had better seats available.
13. Better exterior colors – I love the GT-S blue, and I wish they offered bold colors already. I like strong jewel-tone colors.
14. Liftgate kick to open & close – I cannot believe the Gravity does not have this. Every car I know has automatic tail gate of some form. I use my tailgate several times every week.
15. Dash cam – I cannot believe everyone does not do this. The camera is already on, so recording should be a nothingburger.
16. Geofenced automatic garage door opening & closing – This is not a deal breaker, but it is a fantastic feature.
17. Automatic turn signal shut-off – I love this, and many cars can do it (because they do it when automatic lane changing), but few do it when you just tap the turn signal.
18. Curb rash warning – This is a really cool nice-to-have.

I don’t think the fob vs. car is settled science. There are a couple anecdotal cases that may indicate fob, but they are not universal. I think it is more likely a both-and situation, that the car and fob may be over-communicating through a highly complex protocol that both burns battery and causes unreliability. If it was simple, Lucid would have solved it a year ago. Fobs are highly mature technology.

But then again, I do slip my fob in a Faraday pouch upon entering my home and also upon entering my office; it seems happier this way as I never had the fob drama others have reported on here
