Engineering Explained. This is bad.

For what its worth there is likely alignment issue. I took mine in to get fixed at service center and they said they realigned it but it still gets stuck after their fix. Some time later, someone scraped the side of the front of my car and I got it repainted at a lucid approved body shop. They had to take the hood off to repaint and I guess when they put it back they aligned it properly as afterwards I never had the issue again.
