Was doing a nice hundred mile trip was working fine and then the navigation system suddenly failed now the car thinks it’s back at my house. It’s completely not locating itself. This is the second time it’s done this in two days. I had to reset the car and then it worked again. I don’t know if the intend is not working or something is off, but is it Hardware is it Software? I don’t know it has to go to the dealer service department. Any clues or any suggestions anybody could have other than just resetting the car thank you.

If a sleep (lock the car, walk away with all keys for 5 min) doesn’t fix it, you need service. You can also try resetting your TCU, but if it’s happened more than once you probably need a new TCU.
