Bricked - no one picks up support phone

I took delivery of a 2026 Air Touring yesterday, August 9. I have some issues with the vehicle and have tried every phone number that I could find to talk to a Lucid associate. There are no responses to my calls. Is Lucid out of business?

theres just a limited amount of cash to go around. service is back burnered because you already bought the car..you matter less than the potential customer. makes perfect business sense. they need cash coming in. only a flush company can provide the service we expect and even then it might be lacking. the big boss will make service function better as is because it sounds like it has been run poorly which leaves opportunity for improvement. still it really sucks for us
Nonsense; it never makes sense to ignore service, and service used to be spectacular (and still is, generally, when you actually get serviced).

Moreover, their sales teams have left a lot to be desired, so it’s not like they have funneled all their capacity into that.

They have a fantastic product, but clearly process issues on the sales and service side. I strongly suspect this is what Silvio is addressing, in addition to QA.

Where have you tried calling? They are definitely in business, lol.

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, the credit card key doesn't work, either.

I gave up and called roadside assistance after 2 hrs of Customer Service hold time. After 1 hr, roadside assistance called back to let me know they were "unable to find a provider" to tow the vehicle. This was at 8:30pm on Monday night. I had to schedule a pick up for next day first thing in the morning.

This morning, roadside assistance calls to tell me that they are still "looking for a provider." This is in the Sacramento metro area, not in the middle of the sticks. I have a Lucid Service Center 20 minutes away. 🤷‍♂️

It's going to be 101 out today. Thank goodness I'm not on a road trip with my kids stuck on the side of a desolate highway somewhere.

After 3 years and 41,000 miles Lucid has helped determine my end of lease decision on this car and future with the brand.
Yep, my lease is NOT due until June 2028. I have had very little issues with my Air Tour. Love it. However, my confidence is extremely low regarding my next Lucid purchase. Probably not Lucid, again!

I feel your pain on customer service. Yesterday I was on hold 1 hour and 11 minutes until I finally gave up.

Today I called again. Looks like they are trying AI. It could not help. It offered to xfer me to a person. Again, no one picked up. This time however they offered to call me back. That was 4 hours ago. Nothing.

Got a call back after 6 hours. A solution ws provided.

Yes, they are out of business. You should park you car and find a new one.

This is excellent advice. I will make myself available to drive it to a disposal site.
