i scrape my head every time on the air..im 5 nine. anyone know any tricks? its the thing i like least on the air

Duck more. I’m 6’5” and I hit my head twice during the test drive, managed to have not done it again since. Maybe use easy entry to lower your seat more when you’re getting in and out, to create more clearance?

yeah. easy entry sucks because you cant set it for where you want it to stop

Turn away from the door and go in butt first. Don't turn your head forward while getting in - keep it toward the back of the door (the highest point).

Not in the front seat, but getting into the rear I've had friends hit their heads.

Yes, need to do it like any sports car. Butt first, then turn once you're seated. I never hit my head and I'm 5'10".

Only when I'm standing outside and it won't let me in for 2 mins...then I hit my forehead with my palm

tried all that stuff.. i must have my seat high. with it set low i can get in without needing major surgery..wish they would make easy exit adjustable. now it goes way back and way down and you need a pickaxe to get out

Umm as per the note on the dash, touching any of the seat controls stops all seat movement

5' 7" & hit my head every time for 1 ½ years until totaled. Being 81 may have had something to do with it but the design of the roof line was a real problem for me.

No issues for me as long as I perform the following...

My exit is a bit less graceful...

I have easy entry on my own Air and never hit my head with it. But I often hit my head on loaner without easy entry setup.

No. You may want to lower the seat.
