I saw short video of them modifying it and they moved the B pillar back and created a larger door.
 
I'd be worried about crash safety, insurance rates and warranty tbh. Its cool tho

It did. They probably changed it back to sell because no one else would want it.
 
While I know that this probably didn't actually cost $3.4M, I'm sure the conversion to a 2-door wasn't cheap. It boggles my mind that you wouldn't buy the top tier GT if you were going to pay for cost of a major modification like this.

Let's just say it had FOUR doors the first time the fob didn't work.
