Did this happen to anyone else car or is it just mine? The trip information for trip A and B reset on their own (no one else has had access to the vehicle without me in the car) in what looks like a few days ago. This stinks bc trip B had my lifetime efficiency and stats in it. Over 20k miles of data just gone...

Mine never reset both but it did reset energy used to zero by itself (after 20,000 miles). Luckily only Trip A reset.

I wonder if it's a programming issue and it either runs out of memory or can't store a large enough number in there....mine happened at 23k and change. Since we are at the higher end of Gravity mileage out in the fleet, maybe as more get into our range, they will have this issue too? 🤔

@marqie have you all run across this issue before?

I think mine was reset once, after 3.6.0 install. IWe were on the road trip and I paid attention to trips feature, so I remembered that occasion

Maybe it's a bug in 3.6? I've had 3.6 on my car since the first week it released, so it's been a while now. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Mhh maybe the data is still there and ac can get it back?

My Gravity reset the trip information about 300 miles ago. I went to look after seeing this thread.

No reset in mine -- as of now.

How many miles do you have on your car?

Ahh that's frustrating! Really hope Lucid exposes the lifetime data in a dedicated way with some future update some day. Or at least let us lock the trip counters or something.

My Gravity trip info is still there with 6442 miles, I was just looking at it this morning.

LucidTracker is great for this, one of the features of LucidTracker+ that I like is that it logs all of your trips with map routes, efficiency, etc.

Yea the tracker project is pretty sweet.. I'm using the Home Assistant API that some lovely members on here built to track all my data.

They're both great examples of what Lucid should be doing natively, especially if they're not going to officially provide an API for us to use. Tracker, HA, and any other non-Lucid software relies on Lucid's goodwill not to pull the rug out and block off access to our vehicle data.

There’s plenty they could do to block it, it’s true. But they’ve seemed totally fine with it for years.

I imagine the reason they don’t have a public API is because then they’d need to support it, maintain it, announce breaking changes, and so on.

By being “unsupported,” they leave the dev and maintenance burden to poor folks like us (and some guy named Claude, now), but save themselves the significant trouble and process.
