Air software version 2.10.0

I did a full reset of the mobile key. Deleted it in the car and removed the bluetooth/wifi connection on the phone. Added it again on the phone and in the car.
Did you also sign off/out of the car and sign back in or you didn't need to do that?

In my case this was never an issue UNTIL I installed 2.10-- then it became an instant problem. (not fun). So I wasn't even in for service--- not yet anyway, I do have an appointment later this week though for other issues to address.

Do you use the fob or phone? Try removing and re-adding it
I use my phone 99.9999% of the time (and my key card if I have a problem with my phone).. but only my husband (I'm the wife) uses the fob instead a phone app (his phone is too old to support it actually)

I thought I read it must be unplugged from DCFC before doing the update (not just charging). I did mine without being plugged in to charge-- not even L2.. but I think it's worth reading the install notes before you do it and/or call Lucid service and ask if you can't see the specifics
I also installed without being plugged in to anything, not even L2. Was 77% at start of install, took 40 -45 minutes to install, was at 77% after install, all systems operating as before install.

So I recently had my car go in for yearly maintenance. After it came back, it started not to recognize my mobile key and required the PIN whenever I got in the car. I had to delete the mobile key in the car and add it again. I did not have this issue with the physical key (I did not need to enter the PIN if I had the physical key/fob on me in the car). I think it's related to going to service and not the update.
Compromise Nothing.

After it does its PIN crap, then when I get out it won’t shut off either. Anyone can just get in and drive it. Insane.

I did notice the car was still on (never locked) when I came back out of the grocery store (freaked me out)... and I guess I should consider myself lucky no one got in to drive it away BUT I got it to shut off/lock when I got home into the garage via the app, otherwise it certainly wasn't good it not auto locked and shut down by the normal proximity exit

Super weird. I have not seen this issue prior to or after the update, except for when my fob batteries were dying (the few times I used the fob).

Guess my car goes back to California for another 3 weeks. This is so insane.

Disconnecting the phone and then reconnecting it solved the problem for me about a month ago. Actually it's working better than ever after that reset.

If you get in after 5 minutes (and the car still seems to be on) with no phone or fob can you drive without entering a PIN?

It seems to not recognize the phone/fob and has disabled the passive lock/unlock (I'm totally guessing here). I say this because it seems to be operating like my Air. I keep passive lock/unlock off and occassionally operate with no phone or fob.

Yes, me too. My guess is if someone had entered socktucker’s car, it would not have driven away without the pin being entered. (I really like leaving the car unlocked at home, being able to grab things from it and even to move it a bit without running to get my phone!)

I can see why it would feel disconcerting, because when he got in it didn’t ask for the pin, since he had a key of some kind with him. Sounds like his proximity–exit locking failed on him that time though…. But I’m quite sure manually pushing the handle as he left would’ve locked it.

Nope the handles pop out.

I got the notice on my Touring on Friday, updated without issues. Didn't see any Touring owners so I thought I'd chime in. New seat belt warning looks like it was designed by my 4+ year-old granddaughter :)

Looks like a PowerPoint icon

It’s so jarring.

Maybe Emad was the one stopping this half assed stuff from happening and that’s why he’s gone and this is just the beginning.

Installed yesterday, took an hour. No recent issues before or since. Graphics growing on me! No PIN issues.

Installed on my AGT without issue. First couple drives the ugly seat belt graphic hung around even as I drove away for about 15 seconds, but after several drives it stopped doing that. In fact sometimes, it doesn't appear at all. Also, first drive after the update the 'enter your PIN' screen appeared, but quickly went away, and I didn't have to enter mine. That screen only appeared the one time. I don't see any other negative issues, or positive changes for that matter.
