No sir! It does the exact same thing I sent it to service for! What a joke! But does it fix the pin request?
They reserve the right to not provide warranty service if the issue is due to you not updating.Longer than 30 days and they’ll void your warranty
I didn't see that message before I updated it, also while I'm out of town.Apologies that I did not read the previous 6 pages before asking this....
The notes said the car must be unplugged....? That's the first time I've seen that requirement. How serious are they about that? My car is plugged in 3k miles away and I won't get back to it until September 1.
Thanks!
Do you use the fob or phone? Try removing and re-adding itWelp! I never had the 'PIN REQUEST" as an issue UNTIL I installed this 2.10... so now I'm stuck entering my PIN every single time.. AAAAARG!
I had the same situation. Updated without issues.Apologies that I did not read the previous 6 pages before asking this....

I very much doubt support would roll anyone back. Just have to wait for a fix, if this is indeed a bug with no workaround. That's terrible!
I'm guessing if you call the mothership they can back you out to the next older version....?
Me too!! I literally just got the car back from service! They didn’t even install 2.10Welp! I never had the 'PIN REQUEST" as an issue UNTIL I installed this 2.10... so now I'm stuck entering my PIN every single time.. AAAAARG!
Oh it’s none of that. I’ve tried it all. It’s not us it’s Lucid.Do you use the fob or phone? Try removing and re-adding it
Perhaps they meant unplugged from a DCFC ?Apologies that I did not read the previous 6 pages before asking this....

Please be more specific; mine asked me for the code once, but then it just went into drive without issue.Oh it’s none of that. I’ve tried it all. It’s not us it’s Lucid.
Trust me I’ve been through all of this with service. They don’t know how to fix it. Or why it’s doing it. They literally just don’t know. It’s been super fun having a car that doesn’t work. Please be more specific; mine asked me for the code once, but then it just went into drive without issue.
So: phone or fob? Does the card work?
So I recently had my car go in for yearly maintenance. After it came back, it started not to recognize my mobile key and required the PIN whenever I got in the car. I had to delete the mobile key in the car and add it again. I did not have this issue with the physical key (I did not need to enter the PIN if I had the physical key/fob on me in the car). I think it's related to going to service and not the update.Me too!! I literally just got the car back from service! They didn’t even install 2.10
I did a full reset of the mobile key. Deleted it in the car and removed the bluetooth/wifi connection on the phone. Added it again on the phone and in the car.So I recently had my car go in for yearly maintenance. I thought I read it must be unplugged from DCFC before doing the update (not just charging). I did mine without being plugged in to charge-- not even L2.. but I think it's worth reading the install notes before you do it and/or call Lucid service and ask if you can't see the specificsApologies that I did not read the previous 6 pages before asking this....
