Unfortunately, Travelers doesn't cover Nevada when I tried to get a quote.
Im at $5100 annually from USAA with $1000 deductible in AZ. That's for two vehicles an Air and a Gravity.I'm at $2,700 annually for my lucid air + EQB with 100/300/100 coverage (geico) in Los Angeles. Clean driving record. For all you guys leasing with 2.5k deductibles, don't your leases require $1k deductibles?
Litigation and healthcare costs + uninsured driversWhy is insurance so expensive in the states?!
i pay 1000 € / year for my audi etron, have not asked for Lucid yet..
That is a real good deal, what is the insurance company? Here's our 2023 Pure AWD's latest 12 month insurance renewal with Acuity. My wife and I are both 78 this year, and we both have great driving and accident records, but we do live in college town Tempe, which has higher insurance rates than most of metro Phoenix. This includes multiple coverage discounts, as we also insure real estate, another car, a small boat and our umbrella insurance with Acuity.
Bodily Injury $500,000 Each Person / $500,000 Each Accident - $554.00
Property Damage $250,000 Each Accident - $216.00
Uninsured MotoristsBodily Injury $500,000 Each Person / $500,000 Each Accident - $86.00
Property Damage $10,000 Each Accident - Included
Underinsured Motorists $500,000 Each Person / $500,000 Each Accident - $374.00
Collision Actual Cash Value Less $2,500 Deductible - $744.00
Other Than Collision Actual Cash Value Less $250 Deductible - $198.00
Original Manufacturer New Parts Coverage Endorsement - $28.00
Total Vehicle Premium - $2,200.00

We have the world's worst drivers too which doesn't help. Why is insurance so expensive in the states?!

Thanks ,I will get a quote from them on the Gravity .It's Acuity. Well established and highly rated, but they do not operate in every state. Unlike a lot of companies, their umbrella insurance is fairly reasonable. (All of the $500k auto coverage is part of their umbrella's requirement.) Annual coverage for our 2002 Lexus SC430 two seat convertible is another $825. I thought it odd that it would be so relatively high, as it would probably be totaled at around $12k.
Is that the only car, truck? My quote from USAA is a little under $1600 / year for me and wife. With discounts, will end up being around $1400 / year. This is for the Gravity Grand Touring. This is with $500k/500k coverage. I posted mine on another thread with the actual screen shot. Obviously SaratogaLefty is a MUCH nicer person than I.
Really? I thought it would be less expensive the other way around, with more cars than drivers.Insurance is cheaper if you have more drivers than cars
You control for the number of operators so not all cars are expected to be in operation at the same time
depends on what they are, total annual miles alltogether, that kind of thing.Really? I thought it would be less expensive the other way around, with more cars than drivers.
