How to exit Transport Mode?

Got my loaner today, a 22 Air Dream Edition

However it’s stuck in Transport Mode, and I’m unable to reach service. The driver didn’t know how to turn it off.

There’s no mode I could find in the settings.

Does anyone here know how to turn that off?
 
Under Settings > Vehicle?

Settings > Vehicle and toggling Tow Truck Mode.
Tow Truck Mode disables the emergency parking brake and shifts the vehicle into neutral to allow it to be transported on and off the flatbed truck.
Lucid recommends that Tow Truck Mode is deactivated once the vehicle is loaded onto the truck to re-engage the emergency parking brake.

Tow Truck Mode can also be deactivated by pressing the brake pedal.

I saw that but setting doesn’t exist 😭 then it asked for a PIN and said Fob not detected, but it seemed to be driving ok until I hit 30mph and it wigged out

The massage seats are awesome tho I’ll admit that.

Edit: this is “Transport Mode” not tow mode.

Yes.

I got ahold of service finally, they don't know why its in transport mode. It has to be remotely turned off, the driver can't do it. I was already an hour late to work so I just left the car.

So if anyone finds this googling, this cannot be enabled or disabled by the driver, only Lucid service.
 
JFC your Lucid adventures are unreal. You should have asked for anything but a Lucid for a loaner.

Last time I declined a Lucid loaner (they offered) and got stuck with a Chevy Equinox with a broken seat that smelled like cigarettes. I was also feeling more charitable at that time, didn't even ask for gas refunds. This time I thought eh ya know, I've had my issues with this company, but they are nice cars and certainly better than the Stinkuinox. They don't know how it got put in to Transport Mode because that can only done at the service deparment. I'm not sure where this car came from but it had Arizona plates. If they'd just buy my car back none of us would have these problems.

Anyways, grand finale, for future googlers: "Transport Mode" is a special mode that can only be set by the Service Department. It is not required for shipping. It can only be turned off by the Service Department. This is different than Tow Truck mode. In Transport Mode, the vehicle can only go 30 mph, accelerates slow, and does not have any driver assistance. I am working with service to schedule a time to do the prep on the car here so they can remote in and do it there. The frunk issue is unrelated.

The latches need adjusting/replacing. All you’re doing is manually latching it when it doesn’t. That’s all.

It doesn’t “break” when it’s opened. It was never fixed. You are simply manually closing the frunk.
