Hello Gravity owners, is there any reason why Lucid will not give me the actual work order. I've taken my Gravity in for repair more than several times, all I have is a job report that's not showing me what work done. If you know of any one that can help.

That's weird, work orders are needed if you ever want to file a lemon law case, i think they have to give them to you. The way they code the repairs has a huge effect in arbitration.

Yeah, you always receive the service invoice. They aren’t even allowed to take the car in until you sign it, and I’ve always received a corrected one after the service (same day).

and they send the release with a DocuSign for you for the work order.
OP are you sure the Job Report isn't also the Work Order like it has a different name now? It should be several pages long with numbers of the items completed and hours.
When mine was in service I got an email after from DocuSign with a PDF attachment of the service invoice, that had a whole section with work orders for the details of each of the things they did, including service advisories they checked I wasn't aware of before bringing it in. It came from "Lucid at DocuSign" but was an automated email with a docusign.com email address.
Definitely check your spam, mine was flagged as possible spam by my filter and I had to release it for delivery.

Yeah, something isn’t right. You should be signing an order when you arrive for the work to be performed and then a revised one for when you pick the car up for the work that was completed along with comments on what they did and parts replaced etc.
It’s all done via Docusign so check your spam folder.
