Accelerator is too hard on Lucid Air Touring 2023. 150 miles of in-city driving pained my leg.

I have the same year/trim, but I can't really figure out what you mean by "pained my leg." If you've purchased used and you're not used to the acceleration, you can just try easing up and keeping it in "smooth." Also, maybe adjust the seat?

I read this as the pedal offering too much resistance.

Have you tried turning down/off regenerative braking? You won't have to depress the pedal as consistently that way.

Will turning off regenerative, reduce mileage a lot? I would love to try that. May be that is equivalent to Gas cars in the amount of pressure you need to apply. At least it is good to know that option exists. I run it always on Smooth. But the problem that -too much response for acceleration-may still be there. Too much jerk is not tolerable either.

If you mostly do freeway driving, turning off regenerative braking may improve your efficiency a bit. The opposite is true for mostly city driving.

The pedal can feel different depending on the car you’re coming from. For example I feel Honda and Toyota have little resistance while Mercedes is a bit closer to the Lucid.

You’ll probably get used to it shortly.

I switched off the Regenerative Braking. Now I have started to enjoy the drive. Now I know I have the option to turn off at will gives me immense satisfaction. But I have not figured out how to save my settings. Thanks all of you for your help on this matter.
