Is anyone having a problem with the navigation system not displaying the local electrify America charging ports?

In addition, I can find the EA ports in the mobile app but not in the AGT.

Yes, actually I was trying to navigate to an EA station on my trip home today and none of the 3 along my route showed up

Could be a glitch at EA

Seems not all EA stations are listed in Lucid Nav. I have a EA near by which was installed 8 to 10months ago which is not showing up in Lucid nav but EA app showed it.

Used the lucid nav on a trip today to top up. It wasn't able to navigate he to the specific location it just had an icon on the map, bright me to the vicinity in the parking lot and then wanted me to continue on my route home. Luckily I switch to Google maps on my phone and it brought me to the EA station. Lucid also did not list the status of the chargers correctly indicating 0 chargers available, when all three were available when we arrived.

This is nothing new.
EA has always been a problem in the Lucid. Stations never show up along my routes. Not as big a problem when I'm travelling along known routes, but a significant problem when I'm going somewhere new. Even worse is when I designate EA stations only & I'm taken to another company's charger. Just happened to me last week driving 8 hrs to Myrtle Beach from northern Va. Wouldn't have known this if I hadn't checked my waypoint ahead of time. Can't trust the nav system. Just one of many examples where Lucid's software isn't up for primetime.

I’m currently on a 2k mile east coast trip and for some reason the native navigation only seems to include charging stops at EVGO. This was not the case with previous trips. It has routed me past EA stations to EVGO. This is very odd. I’d like to think there’s a setting I’m not aware of, but I’m missing it if that’s the case.

Do you have EA on not selected in the settings. Just checked and mines was turned to off (when it’s always turned to on for EA)

Guessing this may be from 2.8.0 update, maybe? Anyways YMMV

I selected EA only and it still puts EVGO chargers in my route. I'm also not seeing all EA chargers after selecting the charge icon and "search this area" button on the map. In fact it repeatedly only showed one station in Norfolk only when the map was expanded out across tens of EA stations. Nav is definitely behaving differently.

I usually use the EA app and then put the address in navigation. Lucid’s nav is wonky with the various sites and doesn’t seem to update frequently…
