whose bright idea is it to have nobody in Customer Service on a prime day for Deliveries? True story, bought an AT for delivery on Saturday.

1. on exit from shopping mall, phone key wont work.
2, called customer service, closed.
3. called roadside assistance, their ONLY suggestion was to tow the car 80 miles.
4. after 5 (seemed like an hour)frightening minutes remembered that i had stuck the card key in my wallet, it worked (WHEW)
5. but i now have no bluetooth or wifi, so think have to do a reset, which fails as i only have 75 miles of charge left (although i only live 30 miles away from a recently setup wall charger).
6. so i now proceed into a miserable electrify america station and to wait for a station to clear
7. as usual, plug and charge doesn’t work the first 2 times but i’m getting better as wasting money there and i charge to up to 200 miles.
8. think i’m finished, HELL no, now the charger door doesn’t close so i force it closed so i can drive this lemon home.
( meanwhile some jerk is honking at me to hurry up so his day isn’t ruined).
9. i fumble around and finally do a reset, but now discover all the work i put into setting up profiles and setting preferences is gone.

I need alcohol and lots of it, and i’m almost a teetotaler.(damm customer service)

I"ll join you in the alcohol. Looking to buy a Gravity. Spent 15 minutes calling various Lucid studios and service center. Every single one of them answered basically no one to answer call goodbye followed by a hang up. Is this normal or has anyone got a better idea? I want the SUV. Like everything about it. Find it very odd that I cannot even leave a message to multiple studios etc

Thankfully you can do the full order process online, then you’ll receive a call from a customer service representative to walk you through your purchase. You might want to do this since you haven’t gotten ahold of anyone on the phone, which I find strange, since I had the opposite experience recently.

Anyways, the online ordering can just get your foot in the door and you can discuss more options for purchase with the sales advisor once you’ve put in an order. As I understand it there is a refund available for the deposit for everything but the dream edition, so this will be a good non-commital way to make sure you get ahold of someone to help you with the purchase.

Let us know how much you love the gravity when you get it!
