Hello owners,
My beautiful AT was in an accident last week and the other party's insurance (AllState) accepted liability. There is only one Authorized Body shop in DFW (Park place) and I went there for the repairs. They tell me that they expect the car to sit in shop for 3-4 weeks.
Anybody has experience with AllState claims for Lucid? Their initial estimate seems to be very low. Also they continue to give me trouble for a rental car as they say they can only cover up to ~$25 per day but the on-site Enterprise has no cars available for that price. I called up the claims guy and they asked me to go to other Enterprise locations scouting for cars at their price. They refuse to put me in a rental that is atleast reasonable (if not comparable) to a Lucid Air, and claim that they are only liable for a car that can take me from point A to point B. Is that true? The experience so far has been terrible to say the least.
