The Tidal app is very poorly designed. I can't imagine that they intended to make a good app and came out with the one in our cars, so the only other option is they tasked their designers with making the worlds worst musical app interface, ever.

As annoying as some of the issues are, the one bug that makes me want to set the car on fire is the mobile key. I have repeatedly had to stand in my garage, or out in the rain, or in my office, waiting for the damn car to realize I was standing next to it.

LOL the UI is fine, when it works. A lot of the features on Lucid are outstanding, when they work. The issue is, whether or not it's working is a crap shoot. And for some of us, the complaining is because we know how awesome the car can be if they would just fix the damn software!
