I just called them, apparently they won't push an update any longer. :-(

So how long should we wait for 2.9.0 update before calling in? My car is attached to WiFi 16 hours a day, and I still haven't received the update.

Case in point. 5 minutes after I posted this I went to turn the heat on in my car so it would be warm when I left for lunch. Mobile app showed the car offline. :( It worked fine this morning,. It worked fine when I was headed back to work after lunch. Is there a frustration emoji?

In a word, yes. In multiple words, yes, constantly. I love my car, I abhor it's software. Lucid software is absolute shit and completely unreliable. The other day, Driver Assist tried to rear end a car in front of me. It scared the hell out of me. I told it to change lanes and it accelerated...

I was having the same issue with the Hands Free Drivers Assist. Whether or not it would engage seems to depend on some magical gremlin's mood at the time. It got so erratic that I took mine in for service. Their response, "working as intended". The problem with this car now isn't something...

I had this problem as well. I took it to be serviced and they said they had to reboot the TCU. (they also blamed it on poor LTE coverage which is BS) It appears to be working now.

I just got my car back from service and this is now happening to me as well. All the other apps have logged in without an issue. Resets haven't fixed it, and there's no options (like deleting the account so I can re-enter the information) are present. Help me Obi-Wans, you're my only hope!

Mine or Lucid's?

I can't use the app to connect to the car so that I can turn on the ac or heat ahead of getting in the car or open the trunk/frunk. The car works fine once I get there with the FOB.

I've been having this issue for days now. Car is parked in the same place it's always parked, and the app says it's offline. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and reboot the car, but nothing works. It's frustrating as hell.

This has happened to me as well. I think it's only happened 2 times. I thought the car was possessed. Reboot fixed it both times.

I stopped using the mobile key entirely since it was nearly 100% unreliable. However, the key fob hasn't given me any issues.
