2.8.0 being installed as I update this group here. It is expected to take 2 hrs time for completion. Looking forward to a better drive. This time they didn't deliver Rubistness, so I'll be cautious while using new functionality for some time 😃😁
Lane change and lane centering already exists, curious what's new for those two. I think Handsfree on marked highway is all about additional distance without touching the steering wheel, as of now it's a very short distance/ time without touching steering.
Any insights from anyone with early bird release... How long the update took? What's new? Did you give it a spin and how was your experience? .... And more
Elon knows how to sell using HHF ( Hope, Hype and Fear), but LUCID is missing this big time. They lack selling the Hope of a better working car, Hype for something unique or most anticipated, and lastly FOMO. 😃 Elon plays them well and mastered it
What? Every new phone comes with what's new in that version. When did you bought a phone that didn't had a new feature, upgrade or functionality? When did Apple launched a new version of the product that didn't had new capability or pitched an OS upgrade without new capability.
After reading another post, it looks this behavior is due to sensors losing the track of position of the trunk / frunk. The only way to get them working is to push them down to fully closed position. Make sure you push to fully closed lock position.
I tried this and now it's back to normal...
My apologies again, I think my fat fingers or my DRUNK is working. I'm able to open and close Trunk but my Frunk got stuck. I've tried resetting the car but nothing changed.
This is the first time I'm facing an issue, the drunk failed to close. This happened after I updated to software version 2.7.1. The sequence of events is simple, I left my drunk open for a long time. I can open and close the trunk.
Snappier interface is not the right sales pitch. I wish LUCID can do better with communication, that thing doesn't take much and is not dependent on 2015-2016 hardware.
Fortunately I've one counter for lifetime. I drive relatively less miles a year and loose some battery while it's parked in my garage. For me with 13,000 miles since Sept 2022, it shows 3.4kWh. 5K-6K per year on a car is my average for many years.
After reviewing the discussion, I'm strongly considering the CCCv2 upgrade for my 2022 Lucid Air Grand Touring (AGT'22). I contacted the Atlanta Service Center, my nearest location, to inquire about the upgrade's availability and estimated time. The representative informed me that the upgrade...
Interesting email today, and like many others I wonder what will we loose (FOMO) in future. Is there another computer upgrade required for Sentry Mode, if it shows up one day? If not, then IT'S A YES else let me take a pause and wait for some feedback and a more convincing argument from LUCID.
