    Charge Port Door Frozen

They probably wouldn't recommend it if it has power, since the mechanism could activate and catch your fingers. I don't know what safeties are there to prevent it from Cybertrucking you.

Charging changed from "Unlimited" to "Free up to 1,000 kWh

Got mine in 10/24, it definitely said 1000kWh already. You ran into some old advertising somewhere if it said unlimited.

    Ice Breaking Handles

So one of my fears with the Air were the doorhandles vs Chicago weather. I haven't had an ice storm until today to find out how it would go. Pleasantly surprised, nice job Lucid. The handles made some truly awful sounds as they did the work, but they broke through reasonably thick ice very...

Shuttering / juddering in reverse low speed fully angled wheel - MY'25 AT 20's

The simple solution is usually just unwind the wheel like, 1-2 degrees from lock. I only know it from having daily driven some sports cars that specifically do not have Ackerman geometry by intent, and it's quite a violent thing near full lock at 1-2mph.

Shuttering / juddering in reverse low speed fully angled wheel - MY'25 AT 20's

You are describing the result of incomplete Ackerman effect at low speeds and full lock. I haven't experienced it in the Air, but the full lock turning is pretty extreme so I've also never had to try it.

Windshield Crack - Not Covered by Warranty

Well, yes - but also no. The crack will almost certainly find any chips, but it doesn't mean that's the origination. If stress from the edge causes the crack, the crack will almost certainly pass through any chips present, even if you couldn't see them. In general I think we agree though -...

Windshield Crack - Not Covered by Warranty

If you repeatedly have this problem, I probably agree with you. Right now though, one data point could very well just be bad luck. Everyone is jumping to defend for no reason. There have been quite a few cars that had defects in structural loading of the glass or other issues that were...

Shady Jacksonville Dealership - GT Performance

Pretty sure there's still a post on this site from Lucid saying it's coming... last fall. Wouldn't necessarily blame anyone but Lucid for that particular bit of confusion. Hopefully one thing everyone can take from this thread, without excusing the scummy dealer at all (and I guess two things...

    OTA Update 2.6.0

You think? I don't unless something is misbehaving. The bass in the rear seats while set at -2 or -3, sounds good in front, is basically deafening/drowning in the rear seats. I'm OK with bass, have had stupid overpowering subwoofers in enclosures in the past. I'd argue it was objectively...

    OTA Update 2.6.0

Has the bass in the rear seats been tamed? Haven't tested it myself yet.

    OTA Update 2.6.0

And indeed I did last night.

Ok, what's the deal with aftermarket wheels and "hub centricity"?

For my Lotus Evora GT, a single wheel was about $2100 - no tires, hardware, etc. In contrast, a wheel for my F150 Raptor was about $180. The spread is quite wide between vehicles.

    OTA Update 2.6.0

Also, not everyone gets all of them. With 2.5.0, many people here got that, but many people didn't. I didn't get it at all until I got 2.5.3 later on.

Collision. Bumper, left fender and AC compressor damage. Got $29k quote from Bed-red Auto in Bellevue.

"2 frame rails and other minor damage." Both frame rails being damaged will total many cars. Frame damage is never considered minor.
