So the name was not chosen by the marketing department, then. Good to know. I always wondered about that name ... A bit if trivia: I actually have a CHAdeMO to NACS adapter. I guess I should keep it in the Gravity for the one time the CHAdeMO charger is the only one available!

In the first Gravity review Kyle showed the 2 adapters that were included with the vehicle: a 1000V/500A CCS1 to NACS and a J1772 to NACS 80A adapter, both branded as "Lucid" on the adapter and in a Lucid-branded box. Exactly what I was hoping for and expecting.

In one of his new Gravity reviews, Kyle at OOS mentioned that Gravity would have some type of charger credit. To be clear, by "incentives" above, I mean discounts to the vehicle's price.

I just watched the actual charging video. The 400kw charger was a ChargePoint Express Plus at ChargePoint's lab.

Yup, we got $650. No charging credits anymore either. But we got so much off the Air I didn't really care. My expectation is that early Gravity deliveries will not have any incentives.

I did the same thing with my MS P100D in 2017, but for $10k. I think they said FSD would be available in 2018. Now I'll be getting rid of it more than 8 years later, and it never arrived. Promises made, promises kept. I have no regrets about moving on from Tesla.
