    Profile switching is buggy

Well, at least one of the problems was the battery in my wife's fob. I'm pretty sure I changed it a couple of months ago -- does it really need changing that often? Should I be using a particular kind of 2032?

    Profile switching is buggy

Well, I've sent a customer service request to Lucid. I'm not hopeful, but I'll post updates.

    Profile switching is buggy

Our '23 AT is primarily driven by my wife, but I am the "owner". Both of us have our key fobs and phones paired with the car, with our own profile. Profile switching and unlocking has always been janky, but it seems to have reached a new low lately. The car won't unlock in the mornings...

    Recent loss of range

We've had the car for more than two years, and I'm pretty sure there is something wrong with it!

    Recent loss of range

Thanks for the responses -- I have a call into Lucid Service. To clarify: we're in the SF Bay Area, and the trip was to the LA area. Not really that cold at all. We took our e-tron GT on that same trip, and it behaved pretty much as usual. By the time we got back, I'm pretty sure the Audi...

    Recent loss of range

We took our car on a ~1500 mile trip over the break to Southern California, and noticed on the way back that the car seemed to be getting substantially lower range. I haven't analyzed it, but I'm guessing something like a 25% drop. One of the tires had been losing air for a couple of weeks...

    Changing following distance

It's not following distance, really -- probably more like "following time". Possibly non-linear, because of how humans perceive as "comfortable".

SF Bay Area to LA -- what's the best plan?

They have pretty decent range (248 miles?) but they charge very slowly. I have to say -- we really didn't see that many EVs at all on I-5. The Bay Area is overrun with them, especially Teslas, but I think people still prefer to drive their ICEs on long trips.

SF Bay Area to LA -- what's the best plan?

We just got back from our trip, and I'm happy to report that it was more or less without drama. We stopped at Kettleman City on the way out, where two of the ten stations were inoperative, and five of the remaining eight were occupied by Chevy Bolts. And there was a line of five cars. So...

Trunk won't close, but opens fine

I read that too, but no -- the car was charging all night, and I opened the trunk to put the charging cable bag back into it. Then it wouldn't close.

    Range Question

Our experience is similar (2023 Air Touring). We just drove from the SF Bay Area to LA, and I estimate that we're getting no more than about 300, if that. But we can't realistically drive at less than about 75 mph on I-5, and the weather is cool (~55-60 F). (I'm a little surprised that lower...

Trunk won't close, but opens fine

As mysteriously as it stopped working, it started working too. The software engineer in me is screaming -- "Can I see the logs?" Oh well.

Trunk won't close, but opens fine

Thanks. I thought I did exactly that -- the trunk closes fine if I do it manually, and then opens properly, but then won't power-close. But I'll do it again and see.

Trunk won't close, but opens fine

The trunk on my AT suddenly stopped closing this morning. We made a ~400 mile trip down to Southern California on Friday, and everything was fine yesterday. I plugged the car in to a 14-50 socket to charge overnight, which went smoothly, but when I went to put the charging cable back into the...

SF Bay Area to LA -- what's the best plan?

Yeah, maybe stop at Kettleman City first anyway, even though I'll probably be at 50% or more then.
