Same problem I'm having. Service center supposedly fixed but when I went to pick up , we tested and seats didn't move. So, they are clueless as well. My 10 yeold BMW adjusts everything based on which keyfob is used.

Ok, just my paranoia I guess. Thx. I am still waiting for my sales team to reply back as well as customer care, not happy with their slow/lack of repsonse. (I have the same Zenith Red too!)

Coming back to the original question of verfying Surreal Sound Pro... I just picked up my GT, which I had ordered last year before the price increase, long story short, I had delayed delivery to now. My vehicle window sticker shows only "Surreal Sound with 21 speakers" not "Surreal Sound Pro"...

Do you have an update, if you installed a hook and what kind exactly, etc.?
