I think that you are confusing the hydraulic braking systems with regenerative braking.
Regenerative braking is a mechanism found on most hybrid and full-electric vehicles. It captures the kinetic energy from braking and converts it into the electrical power that charges the vehicle's high...
when the car is at such a high SOC, the regen will not work well because there is no place for the recovered energy to go, the battery is already full.
the moral to the story is to be aware of this and drive accordingly
the car is way out of range of the key fobs or wifi or blue tooth. the car resides in a ground level garage and I am five floors above it in a concrete building.
maybe it is worth contacting lucid. I'll need to document the actual range losses.
I posted a thread about the vampire drain that I am experiencing in my '23 AGT.
a moderator closed down the thread to comments and referred me to this thread.
with all due respect there is very little knowledge regarding vampire drain in the car being shared in this thread.
I really don't...
I seem to be suffering from big vampire drains. I haven't quantified the losses yet but over the course of a few days of the car idling it seems as if I am losing 10+ miles a day.
every media outlet is going to have biases. this is not a new phenomena, those who have critical thinking skills, know how the read between the lines, obtain their info/data from varied sources are usually able to suss out the BS propaganda.
I am relying on basic economics.
it there is an oversupply of something reducing prices can help move the item, have you noticed how many '23s lucid moved by lowering the lease rates? in 18 months when they are swimming in off lease '23s they might be forced to wheel and deal in order to shed...
