    Rims to increase range?

Makes sense. Smart to keep the tires constant. Per prev post I don't think EV is disadvantaged by heavy wheels as much as ICE since we tend to recover the extra kinetic energy back into the battery rather than losing it to brake heat. Curious if there is any felt impact to ride quality. The...

    Speedometer Inaccurate? +5 mph?

Ditto, thankfully it's +2mph rather than a percentage, so it's easy to compensate for.

    Speedometer Inaccurate? +5 mph?

I see the same. My '22 Benz GLS450 is dead on when comparing to gps speed on my phone. My Lucid is always +2mph.

    Rims to increase range?

I think you're spot on, the Rolling Resistance of a tire is the biggest effect, at least according to this seemingly insightful article. Often the difference is due to the big wheels having stickier tires than the small wheels...

    Rims to increase range?

Same tires on the aero wheels as your original stock 21's?

Does anyone else wish the side mirrors could tilt down when parallel parking?

If you really want lucid to see the request, just text it to customer support. They claim to keep track of such requests and suggestions and funnel them to the developers. I already submitted this and lack of speed compensated volume for the sound system, but I think in this case, the more, the...

    2.0.58

I just got 2.0.58 . I'm sure this is great for the Apple people, but is there any scuttle if/when this will occur for Android Auto? In the other changes (pic of full list attached) they mention "• We've improved the scheduling settings for Scheduled Charging." , however I don't see any...

    Release Version Megathread

I came here for this..... I just updated to v58, did a user-profile reset and a lock-and-wait reset, and still don't see what changed! It's the same thing as before, just one time that can be set.

Feature request: disable keyfob proximity sensing

Do we have the ears or eyes of anyone at Lucid looking at this list? I agree with nearly all of them! It would be cool if each item could gather votes/signatures like a change.org petition perhaps identified with last 5 of VIN.

What's the License Plate Screw Size?

Update, when I had the chance to try out the longer 10-32 screws, it became obvious that my perception of stripping was correct, but only for the first 2-3 threads because that's all the lucid-supplied 1/4" bolts were grabbing. When I used the longer screws, a very positive engagement was found...

What's the License Plate Screw Size?

I should this is for a Dec '22 production Touring, which seems to not have any metal inserts at all - it's just self tapping plastic which is why they strip so easily. I'm wondering if a coarser thread might be a better idea, like 10-24. 10-32 is fine thread, .190" / 4.826mm nominal diameter...

What's the License Plate Screw Size?

10-32 is the thread size. I think Lucid gave me 1/4" for the front and 3/8" for the back, neither which were long enough for mounting the metal plates. The local ACE had some black plated ones in 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4" lengths for 35-60 cents each.

    Adapting to Regenerative Braking

I think the hardest part will be switching back and forth between my ICE SUV and the Lucid. All the more incentive to get a Gravity, I suppose!

    Adapting to Regenerative Braking

@joec I usually disengage ACC on my Mercedes and Audi via the switch. So this is a very good suggestion, thanks! @girolamo great tip, thanks! I will look for this
