As I understand it, since its glued on, its quite and intricate matter……SafeLight cannot handle it!! But again, its a parts issue, and there are more then one obviously. I agree with Bockius, its implausible….but here I am
They FINALLY have all the parts in place and have begun the repair which they say will take 3 weeks and then it will need to go to Houston for calibration. I am glad they Houston service center will check it all out and load any OTA’s that have taken place. I had it 2 months before the wind...
I sure wish it were not true. Can’t share a screen shot without going to the shop where it is sitting waiting for parts. It’s not at a Lucid service center as I live in DFW area and there is none. Lucid contracted with Mercedes to handle there body work in Texas. Mercedes is waiting for parts...
It’s so bad that I’m going to have to buy another car!!! Don’t buy one if youre thinking about it. They can’t service the car if anything goes wrong……..I’m sorry I trusted them
Not until you can service cars!!! My Lucid Air has been in the shop for 10weeks with no end in sight. (I’m really not sure if I’ll see it in December) The windshield cracked and there are no replacement parts. Right now I’m sorry I ever heard the name Lucid.
I should a Tesla to buy the Lucid. They still have fairly regular updates after 10 years of Model S production. Lucid is really not ready for sale. The car is great, the software, were it stand alone, would be a complete consumer failure.
In fact, I think its a warranty claim in its current condition. Here’s potentially hazardous issue: when you approach a fixed object at close range the system will warm you some of the time but not all of the time. Therefore, you can’t rely on it.
I can only echo those below, I have that combo and I too was uncertain based on web photos, and I could not be more pleased. Several Lucid employees who have seen many cars have remarked this is the attractive package. Go for it!
Perhaps it does, I’m not sure but I needed to make a change in settings to access the full potential of the Lucid sound system. I was underwhelmed at first hearing. Then I made the adjustment and WOW! The offer from Tidal caused me to even look in to it. I was unaware of Dolby Atmos
