We've made no changes on our end to the forum. What you are experiencing is an individualized user customization. Click on the "Customize" button (Next to "Alerts") on the top right and toggle "Grid Layout?". You must have chosen this unknowingly.

Latest Posts and Latest Threads will be different. Latest Post can be on a thread that is months old and if you've never viewed it before, the forum will take you to the beginning of that thread.

Welcome! On a post, the member info (left side), you can see if they have a Referral Code and click that link. If you are on mobile, you can click on the members profile and goto the About tab. If it's not there, then the member has not setup their referral code on the forum yet.
