Have (2) car seats installed & updated to 3.3.20 without issue

Does anyone have this issue with their vertical position light? It look like air trapped inside the headlight or moisture buildup from a compromised seal. At night with the headlights turned on facing a wall, you can see the shadows from the light. Less than 800 miles & parked inside a garage.
