It’s more like a couple hundred cars — not a couple dozen — that are waiting for final parts and assembly. Honestly I can care less if my car is in the parking lot, factory floor or roof. I just want me car fully assembled and delivered asap
Well my delivery advisor didn’t specifically say my car is in the “parking lot” but he said that the car is assembled but awaiting final finish parts. I assume they’re going to store the car in the parking lot and not keep it in the factory as I’m sure they need as much space as they can get in...
I’m sure there are some cars missing fit and finish parts on that parking lot. I wouldn’t assume all those cars are ready to be loaded on the truck and shift.

Agree, but why am I paying $180k and have radio silence as to when I will actually get the car. I want them to get it right, and take all the time they need. I even had to go ahead and get the car insured as they need a proof of insurance before delivery. So it’s just really bad customer service...
Even though I do want my Lucid Dream, I am really quite annoyed and I may actually just cancel and get my full refund since they are offering that has a solution. I may regret it later or I just simply wait a year and just get a Lucid Air after they work out there manufacturing kinks.

I ordered a Lucid Air last year and was told recently it would arrive before January 1. It’s December 26 and still no car. Looks like my car may not arrive until January. I’m pretty bummed. But we still have four days I guess.
