This happened to me today! Received the 2.0.50 update this morning and drove the car fine. Then in the afternoon, the car would not go into reverse or drive. Reset the car and nothing has worked. Customer care is now coming to tow the car. :(

I called Customer Care yesterday and not much they can do but they noted it on my record that it happened. They said to call back if it happens again. Not sure if it is related but I received the 2.0.25 update this morning. We'll see if I get the alarm again. Hopefully not!

My car was in the garage and just got the Shock and Tilt alarm. Anyone else getting this with software version 2.0.24?

The suspense is killing me!

I was on 1.2.21 and received the notification to install 2.0.18 but I went to the car and it was only 2.0.13. I called customer care and they said they’d open a ticket for me. Then an hour later, I received another notification and 2.0.14 installed. I don’t see any changes with this version...

I also had issues charging starting last week. I don't know if it is the same issue but after calling EA, the rep found a knowledge article saying that I have to open the Lucid app on my phone and click the EA button for the charging to start. I never had to do that before but after clicking...

How did you integrate MyQ with Alexa? I would like to ask Alexa to close the garage from my car. I searched online and it seem you need a 3rd party app. Is that how you did it?
