and in the absence of a statute the lease agreement will apply. No lease agreement can supercede a state statue. Alas unlike real estate most states do not define what is reasonable wear and tear but leave it to each companies lease agreement. So as is said above the lucid lease agreement...
someplace on here I posted about reasonable wear and tear. I am guessing (but have zero legal experience) re: lease returns but I would guess that reasonable wear and tear for a leased vehicle has been described in multiple cases. Where I am an expert is real estate terminations. The items lucid...
I have to love all the armchair lawyers! The reason (most likely the only reason)
this case does not see a courtroom is that the tow company (looks like an independent/ single truck operator)
litigation costs would eat him alive. On the other hand he may be able to get his carrier to go after...
Even if there is such a contract it should be voidable for a failure of performance. This is an Ev site so no ED jokes ..... I am damn sure Lucid lawyers are well aware of this so all in all it does not make sense to me.
Actually, they made a mistake in at least one way. Instead of the Grand Touring being the only one for sale they should have "released" the base model and had the Grand Touring as in essence a required option on the first Xthousand sold. That would have let all the buyers get the $7500 EV...

Actually that is wrong. If the $1,100 was not the same amount as your monthly payment you have at east a bit of proof
of what you claim. You could also subpoena their phone records / records of calls. If they deleted it after they know/ knew
there was a problem that is additional evidence in...
Jobs (no question a black swan) leaving may have been a major event. It has, however, had no negative effect on Apple. As an avid player in the stock it has pretty much gone straight up. Or so my schedule D says.
Thank you for the info. I think I am waiting on the "plain" Gravity but who knows if the right deal pops up for the GT version. If it comes out before the law changes I can get about 12k in credits which will pay for the upgrades to GT it .... or so I hope. Thank you!
I"ll join you in the alcohol. Looking to buy a Gravity. Spent 15 minutes calling various Lucid studios and service center. Every single one of them answered basically no one to answer call goodbye followed by a hang up. Is this normal or has anyone got a better idea? I want the SUV. Like...
