    FS: 2023 Lucid Air Touring

CarsandBids have a lot of visibility. THe $99k GTP that sold was promoted by Matt Farrah who has million + subscribers and you see the view count on the listing. The price on CarsandBids is about $4k lower because bidders are charged a 4% commission. I sold a car on CarsandBids and it was...

How about we try to keep from getting the investor threads locked?

lol this forum is a joke. Did I get that thread locked by discussing the marginal cost of each unit produced? How is that off topic from earnings release? I only went to that thread because I got notified about active thread discussions in my email box. Going to unsub completely...the...

    Q1 Numbers

For those that say ramping up Pure is the answer...aren't they losing money on each car they sell? Have they clearly answered how much material costs are per car? Not adding operational costs but on a pure COGS basis or MC per vehicle. I think the answer is that they were losing money on a MC...

First Trip 300 miles: Las Vegas to Phoenix

Just a comment on charging for roadtrips. Normally for time efficiency the goal should be not to charge beyond like 80%. The charging curve slows down as the battery fills up. Beyond 90% you might as well plug into a level 2 as you probably are getting close to the same speed. This is a little...

Lucid Air Grand Touring Performance with 1,700 miles Just Auctioned for $99,500

Regarding EQS, they currently have a lot of lease specials. Like they are taking 20k+ off effectively with lease payments sub $500 if it is a demo, but still like ~$700 for brand new. The resale market for these will be interesting when all of these come off lease in 2-3 years. But the leasing...

Lucid Air Grand Touring Performance with 1,700 miles Just Auctioned for $99,500

Sorry, i forgot the exact numbers but was only 5k off! Why did the seller sell again and what did he get into after? I think you mentioned in your video but I forgot.

Lucid Air Grand Touring Performance with 1,700 miles Just Auctioned for $99,500

I recently sold a S63 Sedan on CarsandBids. I don't think I would've got a better price private party. It got a lot more exposure on CarsandBids than I would have gotten as local private party sale. It had a story to tell as it was high mileage and $150k+ of verfied service receipts. I felt the...

Lucid Air Grand Touring Performance with 1,700 miles Just Auctioned for $99,500

The Taycan's have been holding in for now. At least in Southern California, they are in high demand. My friend would love nothing more for them to drop in price so he can pick one up. I remember when they first came out though the Turbos had massive discounts at the dealer. Then COVID stimulus...

Lucid Air Grand Touring Performance with 1,700 miles Just Auctioned for $99,500

I'm not a car dealer? I don't need one? I have too many cars? I have a R1S on the way? Take your pick. I'll buy one for fun to drive a little if the price is right

Lucid Air Grand Touring Performance with 1,700 miles Just Auctioned for $99,500

That said, i'm not a fan of Taycan's back seat, so I am not in the market for one. But I have a friend who would pickup a Taycan over a Lucid anyday

Lucid Air Grand Touring Performance with 1,700 miles Just Auctioned for $99,500

Agree that market is overall softer but disagree that this is Lucid's problem. This 2011 Ferrari Italia bid up to $156,500 with 29k miles. Clearly the demand for that car that is 12 years older with 28k more miles is higher than a virtually brand new Lucid AGT Perf. There are just too many...

Lucid Air Grand Touring Performance with 1,700 miles Just Auctioned for $99,500

I just sold a 2020 S63 Coupe with 46k miles at trade in for $96k and it was $180k new. That car is considered to be very high depreciation but no where close to the amount of depreciation that AGT Perf experienced. There is clearly a lack of demand for the Lucid at higher price points

Lucid Air Grand Touring Performance with 1,700 miles Just Auctioned for $99,500

How much you owe has nothing to do with the resale price. I bought an X Plaid last year at $120k which would probably sell for < $100k now given a brand new one costs $105k. I'm pretty sure I still owe at least $100k+ on it but at a 1.3% interest rate. If I needed a different car or needed to...
