Car won’t go into DRIVE !

I'm a little perplexed as to what is taking so long to identify the core issue given the volume of data out there (presumably), and the fact that it's clearly not isolated to just one or two instances.

    Lucid Driver Podcast Mon 5/12

As someone who has edited video for aviation training, I know how much work goes into any sort of media production. On that basis, thank you for creating a podcast centered around Lucid. That said, I'm extremely selective about which podcasts I listen to. I am passionate about Lucid as a brand...

*nods knowingly* I see you, too, have a firm fob. Welcome aboard. We are small, but growing group.

I don't think that's the issue....the pace seems about the same from the little Morse I've heard. Are you sure your first click is actually clicking rather than just applying some pressure? My fob is on the firm side, and yes, I tried typing that 3 different ways, and none of them sounded any...

    OTA Update 2.6.16

Just as a data point: '22 GT, no issues after update (it's been more than a week).

Think of it like double clicking a mouse...but holding it down on the second click. I can't imagine you're doing it too quickly...which really just leaves the option of doing it too slowly. If I had to guess, I'm at 1/10th or 1/5th of a second between the first click and the start of the long press.

Please believe that what I'm about to type is not exaggerated for effect... I retrieved my fob from the drawer, which I haven't used in 3-4 months (the fob, not the drawer). I approached the gar in the garage...it was already unlocked, probably as a result of detecting the fob as I approached...

    Lucid Navigation vs Google Maps

You're correct on all fronts. Once I realized how painful it was, I built my 'saved albums' list through the mobile app (including the Atmos versions). Every now and then I search for a tune or artist using the interface, but by and large, I am simply clicking on pre-saved albums based on the...

I see. I work at home and have the same issue to some extent (the garage is within BT range). After a number of false positives, passive unlocking gets disabled and mobile key gets disabled completely so that it doesn't keep happening. At that point, you open the app to wake up the car, then...

    Lucid Navigation vs Google Maps

I picked up my car when it was still struggling with place names and would often send you to the dead center of town. It does seem better now. I've even been having decent luck with Lucid Assistant for nav and dialing by name.

Interesting Results from Recent Road Trip

Great report, AltadenaAir. I am not at all shocked in the difference in efficiency between 71 and 78.....you're right in the window where things start to get ugly, efficiency wise. The difference between 71 and 78 is so much more pronounced, than, say, 61 to 68. It takes discipline, but if you...

    Lucid Navigation vs Google Maps

My experience with HERE maps has generally been fine. Truly confused why anyone would call them 'useless'. I will say that it doesn't always find the quickest route through local streets and tends to favor sticking to more major roads. It's not a question of taking into account speed limits...

I could've SWORN this happened recently when I was picking my son up from someone's house. I had the music absolutely cranking, but the volume dropped when he opened the door (I didn't see him coming but I had unlocked the door once I parked, anticipating him getting in at some point). I...

At supermarket, I walk towards the car and the doors unlock before I arrive. I open the trunk because the car is unlocked when I get there.

    Finally sold my pure…✌🏻

One last thought...regarding charging anxiety on long trips, perhaps it's just a function of where people live, but here in the tri-state area in the NE (NJ/NY/CT), it's really a non-issue. I've taken many 300-500 mile road trips, and a 1000 mile road trips with literally zero charging issues...
